"I am giving Gianna’s office five stars because any time I call I don’t have any problems and my questions are answered or any concerns that I’ve had it was taken care of. The staff are always professional and nice. Ms. Gianna and Ms. Cathy are amazing and I’ve never had any problems with them in the exception of the claim adjuster’s office. I had the worst experience ever and they are the worst of the worst (in the exception of Teresa Hockey)…but that’s going to be a different review. Ms. Gianna and Ms. Cathy thank you for your great customer service and being kind to me the times I’ve called the office to speak with you. Greatly appreciate you both."
